Five horses, 3 dogs, lots of kids on the beach and in the water today. I chose this image because you can see 3 of this horse's legs off the ground. Paso Fino horses have a special gait , 
It is an evenly-spaced four-beat lateral gait with each foot contacting the ground independently in a regular sequence at precise intervals creating a rapid, unbroken rhythm.
It seemed that they were not just swimming with the horses but training them by riding them up and down the beach to pace their gait.
