My pick of the day

Another walk at Bennett Park on the field paths. So nice and clear... the weather and the photo, yay! Everyone is doing well. Mom enjoyed her chair exercise class today, Steve and I joined her. I will go again tomorrow to bring her to another class in the assisted living side of the residence. She really enjoys the movement classes I think. She used to do yoga, Jazzercise, Zumba and modern dance many years ago, so I'm not surprised. One step at a time, literally!
