Old Limekiln

Illuminated by late afternoon sun and to in the shadow of overhanging trees, the integrated stonework is quite visible. Eventually, I suppose nature will cover it.
A gloriously warm and sunny day welcomed BST, so a good opportunity to crack on in the garden. Lunch outside was enjoyable with plenty of birdsong and distant chimes of the usual harbinger of Summer, not church bells, but an ice cream van!  Luckily it soon moved on to annoy the next village.
