Summertime!
It was a bad start to my day. The alarm was set for 8 because of a meeting I had to prepare for, I was so tired when the alarm went. In the kitchen the analog clock was only seven, which puzzled me for a minute, until I realised that summertime is upon us. After breakfast I found out that the meeting isn't until tomorrow. The neighbours cat was sitting pretty on the table outside and I sneaked up to the window to get a picture, I swear I was completely quiet and invisible, when the cat turned its head and looked straight at me in the same moment as i pressed the button.
Anyway, I was glad I had a whole day to do indoor things in the cold and drizzly weather, the recorded choir music is starting to sound good and I hope it will be done by next week,
My ongoing struggle to obtain a useable Spanish goes on, as it has to after a week in Spain when it was clear that I know a lot by now but far from being able to have a relaxed conversation with anyone. Practice is what I need, clearly.
A necessary walk was had, in between the drizzle showers, also a consequence after all the love food and drink that was available in Spain.
Spring is undoubtedly here, so my feet are light.
