Journies at home

Rag rug and sun light

Flicking through the last few weeks of blips I realise how dull my photos have been.

We might have lost an hour but we've got the sun back.

We took to the ridge above Plavilla this morning from where  you can get a 360° view on a good day and this was a good day.  the Pyrenees are crowned with thick snow, the Montagne Noir hunkers down opposite them in a purple haze.  We could see from Canigou to the East, as far West as the Pic du Midi and North across to the foot hills of the Massif Central.  A stiff wind blew but the sun shone a wee bit stronger, water gullied in the ditches and daisies grew in the middle of the lanes.

Back home we folded clean sheets and set the table for lunch outside.
