Star seed heads

I've been noticing these lovely seed heads for a few days, they look like clusters of stars. It's been quite a good day today, I've managed to take some time to pack ready for going away with the girls to Cornwall tomorrow, and iron Rafi's shirts ready for the wedding the day after we get back.
Rafi has been fairly relaxed today, but has spent the majority of the day hidden under his t- shirt or hoodie. He managed to help the speech therapist complete a crossword from under the t- shirt, so it didn't impair him too much!. He went in the gym to see if he'd be interested in doing some normal things like weights, or sit-ups etc. we managed to get him onto the mat, but he just got himself comfy and had a little rest. This is an improvement though, as he allowed the physios to assist him and didn't get cross and swear. I tried to encourage him and managed a few sit ups ( blimey do I need to work out!)
We are house sitting in Cornwall until next Friday, looking after chickens. Colin is staying at Tadworth with Rafi for the week.It'll be great to spend some time with the girls, but very strange to not be in Cornwall as a whole family like we usually are.
