Herdla

There is only one word to describe Herdla and that is stunning - what a place this is and no photo can do it real justice on a day like today.
We have been to Herdla on day trips on many an occasion and often wondered about staying and glad we are even if it rains for the rest of our time here.
Where we are staying is right next to the farm and bird reserve and there are plenty of birds about at the moment including the Barnacle Geese here enjoying the sunset.

Just noticed the one year ago blip is also of Herdla. We are staying in the far left of the row of five white apartments in the distance.
