Birds of a Feather

Here is the latest chicken: tiny enough to fit easily in your hand. The pattern is a riff on the original large version, and as far as I’m concerned it’s WAY harder to make because it’s so darn small. My hands just didn’t want to fiddle like that. When I first saw the pattern I thought it would be a hoot to make a whole basket of them to hand out, but I am rethinking that hasty plan. Hellacute though. 
As for the other birds in the bush: the green one is a gift from ExtraDays, and the teeny tiny very little knit version was made by C, from my knitting group. She clearly is not daunted by miniatures.
