Hellebores
This morning I went for a drive around the Lawrencetown loop and stopped for a walk in the woods in Mineville. There is a small park there with a trail along the river. Some nice rapids there, next time I need to take my tripod with me for better long exposure photos.
This afternoon I decided to go for a walk in Leighton Dillman Park. I knew there would be snowdrops, crocus and hellebores in bloom there. Another week or 2 and the hellebores will be gorgeous. Most of them have 20 or more buds on them.
I caught the end of the sunrise this morning. I turn the radio off on the weekends and sleep till at least 7 am. There was a partial solar eclipse just after sunrise today. I should have set my alarm and went out to one of my sunrise viewing places. I saw some photos posted on FB and the sky was red before the eclipse started.
A sunny but cool day today. Clouds move in tomorrow and a couple of cm of snow tomorrow night, then it rains for 2 days.
