Harbour Carnival!

The Annual Harbour Carnival today which includes lots of entertainment of all sorts then culminating in a firework display at around 10PM.
My blip today show the ducks which took part in the commercial duck race.
There was a finish line in the marina and the tide was just starting to flood in to move the ducks but unfortunately, the wind was blowing in the opposite direction...tricky!!
There was another duck race, proceeds to the Sea Cadets. This duck race comprised thousands of tiny ducks purchased by the public, with a prize if your duck was first over the line.
Not sure where our duck placed in the race but, I think he is still swimming..valiantly!
Good fun and as you see...a great attendance!
