Village Planter

One of a few around Hellifield.
It’s been at times rainy then sunny now it’s very windy and rainy.
We spent the day doing some art, reading The Guardian and listening to music.
I made dinner tonight Red Lentil Bolognaise.
Frank had made lunch, garlic mushrooms on toast. He can manage with one arm and the hand that is in the sling however when he brought the frying pan to the front of the cooker he put it too near the edge and it slipped off - mushrooms and oil everywhere - the kitchen cupboard Doors, the tiles and the floor, heaven knows how it went so far in every direction!
Luckily enough mushrooms stayed in the pan for us both but what a bloomin’ mess!
I soon had it all cleaned up though. We didn’t cry over spilt mushrooms!
