More Africa Twin shenanigans™
After doing a big wash and being extremely lazy for a while I was back into the garage to fiddle with Mirabel the Green Bike's rear axle, which was a bit seized when I wanted to extract it for measuring. The dérailleur was also a bit seized as it turned out. That's what tends to happen with very middle-of-the-road level components.
After lunch it was time to do a bit more on the healing road for the Africa Twin's nosecone fairing which was a bit scraped on one side from the same misadventures long ago. Now that I have the tools and the talent (sort of) I am making it better. The Isopon filler really does bond and sand well. I would have made a start with painting but the weather today has been gale force rain and I can't really do spraying inside. Maybe tomorrow though.
Since I have the fairing off I can think about that ancient GPS and get prototyping with cardboard to fashion a mount for its cradle.
