Love Your Shoes

Ah I do love this place. It's at my friend's house and her terrace overlooks the valley. It's particularly beautiful on a day like this when there's a breeze tinkling through the flower beds. My kids love visiting here too. Ophelia is having tea here with her pal Saul. Grace is lazing in the hammock.
After this, we visited my Dad for a while and then headed into Hexham for Grace's swimming lesson. Right before it, I had the girls' feet measured in Clark's. Typically, both Grace and Ophelia's feet have grown and I have no 'proper' shoes in Ophi's new size. Arwen meanwhile needed her first walking shoes which at the age of 9 and a half months seems way too early...and again, typically, her feet are a size in between Ophi and Grace's first shoe size. So all in all I spent almost £100. I hope their feet don't grow too quickly ... But at least I know they all have well fitting shoes to protect their precious tootsies.
