PEOTS

I planned to record the partial eclipse today and prepared as best as. I could, with filters, tripod, camera and lens.

It was mainly cloudy but breaks in the cloud allowed me to capture a series of clear images.

The prediction was for the show to start at 10.07 GMT and peak at 11.00 GMT, and finish at 12.00 GMT.

My collage starts just before ten o'clock, and the first partial was taken at 10.15.

At 10.40 I managed a partial before the cloud closed in.

Then at 10.55 there was a break in the cloud and I got the shot I had hoped for.

I didn't bother with any more pictures and anyway it went cloudy again..

Can you see the shot where a pigeon flashed into frame at the precise moment I opened the shutter?
