This regular briefing includes safety announcements, reminders about the rules regarding children and dogs, and thanks to volunteers, and may also include course updates, appeals for volunteers, and congratulations to those completing milestones (10, 50, 100, 250, and 500 parkruns) - this last one always raises a cheer!
