Broad Bean Bliss
Broad beans from a friend's allotment. Fried some bacon, then boiled the beans in the bacon pan for just 5 minutes, and added to a dressing of garlic crushed in salt, lots of lemon juice, mustard powder, olive oil and black pepper. Chopped some lettuce, rocket and spring onions from the garden, then tossed it all together. (Inspired by Delia.)
