Another birthday

My oldest is now 34. Not sure how this has happened. 
Working from home today.  Meetings, another training course to prepare, yoga at lunchtime. 
Finished on time and went for a run to try and burn off the cake!. Nice evening but a bit windy.  7 km along the river and back through Sonning.  
Nicholas Cage film as a family watch has become a birthday tradition.
