Peter .....

I've spent most of today working at home on various projects. At lunch time I had a walk in to town to visit the picture framers where I got a few mounts and some picture glass cut as well as buying a bargain frame they were selling off cheap that fitted a signed gig poster I have perfectly.

The continental market is in Ilkley for a few days as part of the summer festival so I had a bit of a look around and had a very nice lamb curry for lunch. After a bit more work at home, this afternoon I headed back for a proper look around the market with Mrs P and Mini Pea and also met up with Yearofhappy ( who very kindly bought me a mango ice cream, yum ).

There are lots of different bands playing at the bandstand all summer as part of the festival and today we were treated to the wonderful sound of the Phonic New Orleans Parade Band. The weather has been lovely and sunny today which has made taking photos a bit tricky, but Peter from the band kindly agreed to play a little more in between sets so that I could get a photo, so today's blip is .....
