A beautiful ride through the Chilterns today with my two cycling partners, one of whom is a fellow Blipper BikeShopNick This is One Moment Please on his way to the refreshment stop. He took a big risk by coming out without a pump but fortunately we didn't have any punctures.

Nick knows the Chilterns like the back of his hand so we only took three wrong turnings. But it was all redeemed by a tea stop at the Ashridge café where they sell monster jam and cream scones. This provided fuel to take us up several extra hills which were added to the route because of our guide's disorientation along the way.
