Day 1 of my (largely) gluten free life!

It's been a while, Blipland and I thought what better way to reconnect and document a journey than right now, with my initial forays in to gluten-freedom.

I suspect that there will be a lot of food related posts, but also hopefully lots of splendid picks documenting the mini/micro adventures to come as I feel better without wheat in my life.
