I did it again

It was enjoyed and I'd bought a 500g bag of sultanas and if I don't use them they'll get left at the back of a cupboard drying out and developing mould and maybe feeding a rodent. Plus I wanted to experiment a little - a less bit less flour (480g instead of 500g last time), 50% more sultanas for extra jammy fruitiness and a little bit longer in the oven (because I'd forgotten the dough was brown to start with and snatched it from the oven a bit early last time).

And because I didn't take any other photos because Ken came round to borrow some space in the greenhouse and yacked (entertainingly) for a couple of hours and then all I did was make patterns to make a new bag for my bike, which doesn't seem very photogenic. Maybe the bag will be.
