A view of our garden.
The Feast Day of St John of Capistrano. Circa 1450s. A gifted preacher, a Franciscan friar, who died in 1456 of plague.
Today, Friday, I felt prompted to bring to my site and blip friends, this beautiful view of the garden here. Paul scarified the lawn yesterday. It has been through many testing times, but still looks like a green space to enjoy. Unfortunately, the drainage under it, is a concern. The foundation is claggy. The weather today has presented Rishton with dazzling sunshine, a few rain showers and a powerful wind that is buffering the daffodils and vulnerable flowers.
I have been to Best One shop for a local and a national newspaper.
I walked to the Parish Church to take some pasta for their foodbank and to pick up a newsletter.
Then home to feed the garden feathered friends and get our washing and drying done.
Take good care in these changing turbulent winds.
Thank you for visiting my site blip friends.
