Good Friday Grass
Our lawn isn't in the best of health. We're not looking for bowling green condition but just that it looks a bit better. We have done the scarifying so far this year. But we noticed this plant and I wanted to know if it was a problem to deal with. It's actually Fiend wood-rush and not too serious a problem.
It has quite a few other names too - Good Friday grass and Sweep's Broom. It's also good for the caterpillars of various moth species.
We went to visit dad today. He wasn't in the best of moods.... He's had enough now and wants to go home. I can understand that but I don't think he understands the process needed to sort out care so that he can go home.
