And down again

Up early - I can’t say a night in a mountain hut provides the most comfortable sleep. MrKT and I were sharing a room with 12 others - to be fair, it was quieter than I expected, but far too warm.
Anyway, our return journey down the mountain was via a different route. Slightly longer and less rocky and exposed than the way up. It felt quite Scottish to start - steep open grassy sides, a stream to cross many times, and some scramble muddy bits. Then we hit the bush line and into the trees. Very beautiful, but boy did it go on and on. I was so happy to see our car at the end!
