Breakfast time drawing

My last day with the grandkids. Our oldest was perfecting his drawing of Sonic and friends over his breakfast. I walked with their Dad to school where the oldest was dropped off and then we returned home.

After coffee and a short play with the youngest l returned home. It was an easy drive. I will miss them both but certainly need a rest. It’s very tiring all the work involved in childcare.

I managed to get to the local book club meeting where we were discussing the Noel A Small Stubborn Town by Andrew Harding. I hadn’t managed to read much of it but the others thought it was well written and an interesting piece of reporting on a small village in Bulgaria as the war started.
