There is such beauty in flowers, both at the beginning and end of their cycles.

I am slightly euphoric today as a huge sycamore growing in the garden that backs onto mine has gone! Over the 25 years I've lived here it has grown and grown with only two hair cuts that I can remember! It outgrew the small terraced garden years ago and robbed many others of the all too rare morning sun! So, our whole garden will now be flooded with sun from dawn till dusk. Lucky us.
Oh...and I've had a hair cut too!
