Art Deco

The former Wigan Grammar School building in town is now part of the local hospital trust, and there are still some artefacts left on display, such as Honours Boards and War Memorials.
This clock is tucked away on a corridor and bears the name of a previous town centre jewellers, Baker.
It’s about 3ft wide, and I wonder how many former pupils used to walk past and wish it was displaying home time!
