The Inverness Collection of Highland Music

I bought this book for all of ?11.75 online and patiently waited for it to arrive. it used to be given as a prize in the piano competitions ran by the Highland Strathspey and Reel Society. There's a handwritten note inside which says 'Maimie R. Macintyre From A. Campbell 1905'. I wonder who they were, and were they from Inverness?
