Cute Callan

With his head in the toy box. Headed to town in the morning got some food shopping and bird seed and more compost for starting seeds for the garden. So I'm ready when it warms up. Sent my mum a package she has become a fan of a coffee from here and a natural deodorant so I'm now her supplier of both and it was me that introduced her to them lol. In the afternoon I edited this week's podcast episode and uploaded and scheduled it.

We also had our double kickboxing class in the evening our first back after 2.5weeks off. Actually physically wasn't too hard but it was a clear indication of my mental state!! Anyway I felt a lot better after getting my energy moving etc.
