Blossoming

It was lovely to see the cherry blossoms on my way down to the library to return a book. Sadly the blue skies and sunshine we have been enjoying were not in evidence. 

Earlier in the day I successfully got tickets (in good seats) for the two dance productions we wanted to see at the Edinburgh International Festival (Mary, Queen of Scots by Scottish Ballet and Figures in Extinction by  Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) and Complicité). Scottish Ballet and NDT are my two favourite dance companies and it will be really interesting seeing them a week apart.
