Mould

Hooray! It’s gone mouldy! How strange is the cheese making process, and how odd that we enjoy eating it! I think the mould is the right colour so that’s a hopeful sign and I will watch its progress with interest. I think it should be fully fluffy in about another week…
We had a couple of expeditions today, one to buy overalls, hen food and collect pony poo…
The other to put out the moth lights at Roudsea , and look to see if the Ospreys had returned…and there was one sitting on the nest platform, looking around to see if it’s mate had arrived yet. Just about the regular date, so we can hope for another successful breeding season.
