Cpd day

Down to Blackburn to attend a "Trauma Informed" cpd day with a new to me organisation.
Course concept and content were good, but the delivery was very uninspiring sadly. The group work made it worthwhile, but the course Instructor finished us early, felt a little short-changed. 

Home to late afternoon drinks to celebrate one of nice neighbours birthdays, then a bracingly cold walk with Missy Mischief who is now fast asleep <3
