Transformer...

...robots in disguise.

This transformer has been put up on our regular lunchtime walk.  We wondered why, but now we've seen they've completely removed the old substation building around the corner,  and we passed them breaking up the concrete base.

This. is much smaller than the old substation building.  Was it just mostly empty, or is this new and more minature?
