I took this blip yesterday on our way to Penzance. We were going out today ,but by the time I had finished my house work and washing the budget was on.dread to think how many businesses will go under with the national insurance stamp and energy bills.we were watching a West country glass firm on the news last night saying his energy bill and national insurance will increase such a lot and will have to make redundancies. The chancellor saying working people have a wage increase well they won't be better off with water rates gone up  28% ,energy up 4% and council tax .
