2800m up looking down on Alpe D’Huez. Beautiful blue sky day - morning started out hard packed but softened quickly in the sun, stayed high up in the afternoon for the best conditions.

Lovely French dinner at the hotel - goats cheese salad, duck then chocolate fondant (chèvre, canard, chocolat) with local pinot noir. Great day!
