USS Chosin Deploys for 2013

130430-N-XD424-075 PEARL HARBOR (April 30, 2013) The guided-missile cruiser USS Chosin (CG 65) departs Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam for a scheduled Western Pacific deployment. While deployed, Chosin will conduct theater security operations with partner nations while providing deterrence, promoting peace and security, preserving freedom of the seas and providing humanitarian assistance/disaster response.
