These trees in the aquatic centre carpark are framing the cars, shading the cars and turning gold and brown. There were only nine people in the class which meant space to spread out.
I started the day having my skin checked which I haven't done before and thought it was time. The lovely Fleur froze off some spots with liquid nitrogene/cryotherapy. Photographed one very small spot to show the doctor and gave me a prescription for cream to spread on my forehead, and backs of my hands. A more positive result than I was expecting. This afternoon I had my hair cut. Rather a busy day for the retired woman.

Today is five years since our little country went into it's first lock down period of four weeks. I remember we had gorgeous sunny weather like it is now. This morning the forester went to visit Andrew who is poorly and took him a venison and bacon pie. I asked if they were socially distanced? Perhaps I should put a teddy in the window to remember the five years.
