Bay of Cadiz

Heading out of Puerto Santa Maria on the ferry across the bay to Cadiz.  This Shag was there on the way out and on the way back.  That’s if it was the same one, maybe they take turns.  We walked the narrow streets of Cadiz and had tapas for lunch.
