Not very many or time-taking tasks to do today. Some phone calls. Also investigating and ascertaining the availability of an assistive device and some bathroom furnitures for me for the modification process of the bathroom in the renovated home we'll move.

So I had time to bake again. There was such a long time in the autumn that I hadn't time to do it. Now I have made up for lost time in this matter and  baked easy teacakes in turn :) Especially I wanted to surprise Mr S with something he likes to help him to persevere in his strenuous efforts with his many health issues. This kind of bread is one of his favourites. It is a wheat and oats bread made with milk and a little sugar, used to make buttered sandwiches with eg. cheese. A bit different from your teacakes, I suppose.
