Pied Wagtail

...............this little fella is one of very few birds that hang out in our garden. We have the occasional Pidgeon and quite a few Starlings. We have seen a Robin and even a Wren but very rarely. 15 to 30 minutes away, we can see Kingfishers, Red Kites, Peregrine Falcons etc.

Could it be because we live on a brand new development I wonder. Any clues fellow Blippers?
