Lancashire Fayre

Walked into Lytham today and saw the cheese shop had a rich and varied selection of typical Lancashire food on offer. Can I interest you in tripe, parkin, black pudding, crumbly Lancs cheese, savoury ducks, butter pies, haslet, pork scratchings, eccles cakes or finest beef dripping? I managed to resist the temptation and saved myself for fish and chips later on - but it was cooked in genuine beef dripping!
