…Frida and Monty running together - they were so excited to see each other - and Jill and I 
…having coffee after my walk with Jills wonderful gym group
…visiting the Vet and knowing that Frida is doing well, even though still on steroids 
….catching up with friends who have been dealing with major health events, and that they are doing ok!
….having the doors wide open still while we have our dinner
