Flowering Current

I was so tired this morning. If took me a long time to get going.TT went to church, and I pottered around doing a few chores. I eventually got myself out late morning, to go down town to get a couple of things. It was a lovely morning, so I went as far as the river.

BB had appeared by the time I got back home. He was looking for food ahead of playing rugby, and for someone to iron his post-match trousers and shirt.

TT and I watched his game this afternoon. It was a lovely afternoon for it. BB started on the bench, but was brought on in the second half, and he had a good game. However they made really heavy weather if the match, but thankfully they won. It was much too stressful!

We came home via the supermarket where we picked up a few things for tea. We then took a detour via the local tap room for a quick drink. TT volunteered to cook, which I was pleased about.

Later we watched a movieHidden Numbers, which we enjoyed. TT went back to Glasgow after rugby.

The flowering currant, growing by the side of the road, is almost flowering, but not quite!
