Anyone for tiffin?
Made a low sugar, dairy-free tiffin/refrigerator cake with stuff lurking forlornly in my stores cupboard.
Crushed some sugar-free chocolate chip cookies, used non-dairy flora, small spot of golden syrup, extra cocoa powder, some 70% cocoa solid raspberry and dark chocolate, a pack of raisins, nuts and sour cherries….and basically melted and combined the lot. End result was rated delicious, according to official taster!
(almost certainly couldn’t repeat this completely random ‘recipe’!)
