Anchors dropped - holiday begins.

1500 miles from London to Funchal this morning. Excellent flight. Super hotel. Perfect location for an antidote to the long chilly winter of 2025! We hope to walk, explore and discover as much as possible during our stay. This reconstructed galleon would have taken considerably longer than 3 hours to reach this sub tropical paradise.
