Memories

These were my mum's favourite flowers and we always used to come to Montreux when she visited. She loved it here and used to marvel at the wonderful flowers - as we do!
A lovely run by the lake before a croissant and coffee. Then we enjoyed a wander and some shopping. This afternoon we had a snack and glass of wine on the balcony then got the bus and funicular to visit some friends.... a lovely opportunity to chat in French. Before we lived in the mountains, we used to live at the top of this funi. A lovely couple of hours with them before heading back to Vevey for dinner. While we were waiting for the bus, an ex student of R 's spotted us and we had a lovely chat.
