Backblip

I had a bit of a nasty bug earlier this year and it took me a couple of weeks to get over it. 

During my time away from Blipfoto, I have been concentrating on getting my right knee and hip in better shape. I did this by doing some home exercises, attending aqua aerobics classes and visiting an osteopath a number of times. I have also tried to increase my fitness and loose a bit of excess weight. This isn't me - I don't do selfies.
