Ziggy enjoying this afternoon’s sun whilst I clear a load of brambles, twigs, and little branches that have been blown off the apple trees. We had to have a few trees cut down last autumn. Pleased to see the apricot tree is full of tiny pink shoots - we had to cut a lot of it off as it was spreading out too far. Still waiting to see if the old pear tree starts to grow where the branches were cut off. Quite a bit of brutal pruning last autumn. The blackcurrants and blueberries are looking good though.
