I'd heaved the Rug Doctor machine into the boot last night, ready to drop back to Tesco this morning, and then I continued towards the hairdresser's. But I'd got time to spare so called at B&Q on the ring road and got a tray of small kale plants, two pots of aubretia and a white campanula. It's the B&Q I worked in for a couple of years, and there are still a couple of staff members I know and we had a brief chat.
I love going to the hairdresser's, and as I wanted it washed I enjoyed a scalp massage. Debbie is as good at washing as Sue is at cutting.
Home and a late lunch before I tackled the tyre pressures. According to the sticker on the door my tyre pressures should be 38/35, which seemed a lot to me for a small car on small tyres - 215/45 R17 91W and searches on tyre sites all said 30/29 so...........? I was stumped, but because the existing pressures were a bit uneven I opted for 34/33, sort of hedging my bets, and reset them on the dash. But I may just take it to a Seat garage to be sure.
I went off on a walk to ponder, it's been a beautiful day, and found the route to be a bit muddier than the other day, but we did have a day of rain I suppose.
Gardening is pressing, both in the front garden and at the allotment, but when?!
Extra added of my pressure sticker
