Giant concrete Lego bricks?

The footbridge and lock gates at Charlestown are being repaired. It’s taking them a very long time. There’s a giant orange crane in residence, and half the area is cordoned off so the public can’t walk along the harbour wall. It’s all very noisy, and Charlestown is at its best when it’s quiet.
